ReactJS
React.js is an
open-source frontend JavaScript library for developing UI or User Interface
parts. It is maintained by Facebook and a set of individual developers and
companies. React can be used as a foundation in the development of single page
or android applications. However, React is only concerned with state management
and provide that state to the documented object model, so developing React
applications usually requires the use of additional libraries for routing, as
well as certain client- side functionality. React JS is an open-source
JavaScript library designed at Facebook by Jordan Walked a Software Engineer in
2011 but released to the public in the month of May 2013. The main aim of React.JS
is to give the better analysing the performance. Its solidity comes from the
focus on each component. Using recyclable unit, it is found to be easy
development for developers to design rich UI’s. React.JS incorporates with View
part from M-V-C (Model View-Controller) model. React JS implements Single
direction dataflow so that it gets simpler than old data binding. React uses
virtual document object model it offers not so difficult programming with quick
execution.

ReactJS vs VanillaJS
VanillaJS is known as plain JavaScript and you will see that
developers use Vanilla js to write JavaScript code that can be written without
the help of libraries. You will see that VanillaJS is a scripting language that
doesn’t set any type of rules about how the developers can define the data in
the application. VanillaJS applications sometimes may not provide the
best-optimized results for the application.
JSX

Instead of
artificially seperating technologies by putting markup and logic in seperate
files, React separates concern with loosely coupled units called
"components" that contain both. We will come back components in
further section, but if you are not comfortable putting markup in JS, this talk

React doesn't require using JSX, but most people find it helpful as a visual aid
when working with UI inside the JavaScript code. It also allows React to show
more useful error and warning messages.
Components
Conceptually,
components are like JavaScript functions. They accept arbitrary inputs (called
“props”) and return React elements describing what should appear on the screen. Components are
what make up the visual layer of the application and let us split the User
Interface into independent reusable pieces. Each part of the UI is built
seperately as its own component and then added into a parent component making
up the UI for a specific page.
One thing that can
be noted about components is that they can be nested as deep as you want. A
component can hold other component and that component can again hold other
component and so on.
Component Lifecycle
It
has three main phases:
1.
Mounting phase for when the components are first being added to the DOM.
2.
Updating phase for when we are modifying something and that component needs to
be updated.
3. Unmounting phase for when the component will be removed from the DOM.
Commands
create-react-app
It creates the
boilerplate files for a React application.
start
It starts up the
development server so we can view our project right away.
run build
It builds a
directory for a production build of our application for deployment.
Redux
Redux
is an open-source JavaScript library for managing and centralizing application
state. It is most commonly used with libraries such as React or Angular for
building user interfaces.
The main reason to use React
Redux are:

Redux is the official UI bindings for react Application. It is kept
up-to-date with any API changes to ensure that your React components
behave as expected.
- It
encourages good 'React' architecture.
- It implements many performance optimizations internally, which allows to components re-render only when it actually needs.
Hooks
React follows the principle of
component-based architecture. A component in React is an isolated and reusable
piece of code. The components can be of two types – class components and
functional components. With React
Hooks, we can use state, and other React features, in a functional component.
It empowers devs to do functional programming in React.
Limitations
React
JS has few barrier while appearing as finest JavaScript library

React only contract with the View from MVC so we demand other tooling to finish
the backend development too.

is treated as barrier.
